LYO Organic Strawberry Powder is made from 100% freeze-dried and crushed fruit that we picked last summer from our fields. No preservatives or artificial additives.
We have used 500 g of fresh, organic strawberries to make this 50 g of powder. As a result it is extremely rich in vitamins and nutrients with a natural, strong flavour and colour.
